Kensington was about to launch in the Japanese market and needed to have seven computer mouse products adapted and introduced into a very competitive market.

Kensington’s products needed to conform to local preferences to be accepted in the marketplace and expand market share. Furthermore, logistical, merchandising and legal requirements had to be taken into account.

T A C T I C S
Jungle Communications adapted the packaging for the Japanese market and culture, including complete redesign and re-sizing of the packaging, as well as translation and adaptation of the manual, quick start guide, warranty cards, software CD-ROM and shipping cartons to local market specifications.

R E S U L T S
Kensington was successful in a crowded market and established the brand as a strong segment contender. Jungle Communications “did a great job,” and “was right on target.”
